Janis Cox creates beautiful watercolour paintings and is an avid poet. Here she writes in the form of Haiku with stunning art to compliment the poetry.

“I love writing Haiku because my thoughts are short but go right to the heart of the matter.

My paintings are becoming looser as I let God help me relax and let the paint flow.

I have heard many people say they can’t paint but I love this quote:

“If you hear a voice within you say you cannot paint, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.”
― Vincent Willem van Gogh

Alice Jane Stuckey is an author and poet. In her book, she writes her autobiography in poetic form.

“No one escapes without some growing pains. None of us can get through the life on his own… The poems you will read in Faithful Father, Forever Friend, relate the journey I began sixty-eight years ago. It hasn’t always been pretty, but neither has it been without hope. ”

God knew we would have troubles on our journey.

John 16:33 (NLT) states, “I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.” ~ Alice talks about her book on Amazon.
